Our experts will collaborate with your team to conduct a systematic review of your end-to-end workflow, whether in the R&D lab or production environments. We will identify where and how you can focus your efforts to make the most impactful improvements.
The engagement includes (at least) two on-site visits by our experts. In the first visit, we will interview functional leads and data analysts, interview operators, and observe routine operations as they are performed. This visit helps build up a “baseline”, using a framework developed by R2DIO to estimate the technological readiness level (TRL) for each process. We identify gaps in quality management processes and recommend actions to fill them.
With samples of your data, we then apply statistical methods to identify sources of variation in your workflow. We quantify the impact of correcting different sources of variance, considering the goals and purpose of your workflow.
In the second site visit, we will meet with your team in small groups to discuss recommendations to remedy sources of variance and actions to improve data quality. We will present a summary and baselining report with those recommendations and actions. Your team will be ready to tackle the most critical unit operations to maximize the return on investment (ROI) in your workflow.
